How long will it take to get my order?

Most items in our shop are made to order and subject to a waitlist. Wait times vary seasonally and by product type. Please reach out if you need your order by a specific date and we will do our best to accommodate. 

Typical wait times:
- Custom coat: 8-10 weeks
- LED accessories: 6-8 weeks
- Jewelry and ready to ship apparel: 3-5 business days

Do you accept custom designs not listed on the website?

Absolutely! At Chromatiicat, we love creating custom statement pieces. The listings on our site cover our most-requested designs, but we also offer lots of ways to upgrade and customize them. If you have something totally unique in mind, just send us a message with your idea. Once we talk through the details and confirm it’s something we can create, we’ll give you a price estimate.

Do you use real fur?

No, we exclusively use high-quality faux fur. We can source tons of colors and textures to bring your vision to life without using real fur.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! We offer Klarna or ShopPay to divide your purchase into monthly installments. We can also set up a custom payment plan. Custom payment plans will require a deposit to reserve a place on our waitlist. 

Can I pick up my order in person?

If you’re local to the Denver area, we’re happy to remove the shipping cost and arrange for in-person pickup once your piece is ready. 

How do I wash my faux fur or LED wearable item?

We recommend spot cleaning and hand-washing for Chromatiicat faux fur and LED items. View the washing instructions here. 

Can LED components break?

Our LED components are flexible and waterproof (except for the controller and battery), but like any electronics, they can break with rough handling. For more information on repairs, please visit our support page here.
